Brand Awareness Assistant Virtual Volunteer

Volunteers are an integral aspect of Choose to DO, Inc., allow for greater diversity within
our organization and support the children we mentor. Virtual Volunteers have short and long term volunteer opportunities where individuals offer their expertise to help the organizations grow.

The Brand Awareness Assistant job is to drive awareness and growth. The Brand Awareness Assistant will implement strategies and tactics that grow our audience, engage and retain them, and help convert them into active promoters of Choose to DO, Inc.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the company’s brand presence.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant discussions about our company, and/or industry, both from existing leads as well as from new audiences.
  • Run regular brand awareness promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new networks to reach our target audience.
  • Influencer outreach, tracking and measurement of performance.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on brand awareness.
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Guidelines for Volunteers

  • Volunteers are 18 years old or older
  • Younger than 18 must have parent/legal guardian consent
  • No smoking onsite while volunteering with Choose to DO, Inc.
  • Listen to the supervisor for instruction and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
  • Volunteering with Choose to DO, Inc. is fun, so have a good time!

Time Commitment

  • 10+ hours a week
  • 3 or 6 month term
