Executive Assistant Intern Job Description

The Executive Assistant Intern serves as the right hand to the executive and plays a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments.
    Assisting in time management and task prioritization.
  • Helping the executive manage their workload by identifying priorities and deadlines.
  • Handling phone calls and emails, screening and prioritizing them.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
  • Proofreading and formatting documents for presentations or reports.
  • Coordinating communication between the executive and other team members or departments.
  • Conducting research on various topics as requested by the executive.
  • Managing logistics, such as room bookings, and equipment setup.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documents.
  • Representing the executive and the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
