Executive Assistant Intern Job Description

The Executive Assistant Intern serves as the right hand to the executive and plays a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments.
Assisting in time management and task prioritization. - Helping the executive manage their workload by identifying priorities and deadlines.
- Handling phone calls and emails, screening and prioritizing them.
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
- Proofreading and formatting documents for presentations or reports.
- Coordinating communication between the executive and other team members or departments.
- Conducting research on various topics as requested by the executive.
- Managing logistics, such as room bookings, and equipment setup.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documents.
- Representing the executive and the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
