Fundraiser Coordinator Virtual Volunteer

Volunteers are an integral aspect of Choose to DO, Inc. and allow for greater diversity within our organization and support the children we mentor. Virtual Volunteers have short and long term volunteer opportunities where individuals offer their expertise to help the organization grow.

The Fundraiser Coordinator will focus on individual, corporate, and foundation fundraising to meet Choose to DO, Inc.’s annual revenue and campaign goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Choose to DO, Inc.’s annual fundraiser with the current years target fundraising goal.
  • Provide vision and planning for fundraisers.
  • Support the implementation of Choose to DO, Inc. fundraisers.
  • Collaborate with Development staff, Program staff, and the Board in the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraisers.
  • Integrate fundraising communications (email, online, mobile).
  • Use data analytics to increase Choose to DO, Inc.’s donor base and revenue, evaluate future strategies, and manage donor programs.
  • Provide fundraising system maintenance.

Guidelines for Volunteers

  • Volunteers are 18 years old or older. Younger than 18 must have parent/legal guardian consent.
  • No smoking onsite while volunteering with Choose to DO, Inc.
  • Listen to the supervisor for instruction and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
  • Volunteering with Choose to DO, Inc. is fun, so have a good time!

Time Commitment

  • 10+ hours a week
  • 3 or 6 month term
