The Self care + Food Project
Through the Self care + Food Project Choose to DO, Inc. selects locations that agree to have their youth participate in our online classes and then we drop off the class materials along with food on the designated class day.

The Mindfuless Project
The Mindfulness Project is a collaborative effort where Choose to DO, Inc. invites yoga and meditation instructors that volunteer their time, to educate young adults 9 - 19 years old, on alternative methods of creating balance in their lives.
The Mindfulness Project is dedicated to, from left to right: Justine Fanarof - Fanarof Law and Justine Yoga , Kelsey Brochu - Align at Om, Tiffany Echevarria - Senior Program Manager, Community Investment, United Way and Anietie Akpan - METRO, Staff Counsel. The Self Discovery Project
The purpose of The Self Discovery Project is to teach young adults how to creatively express themselves, through self esteem building activities and dance. And to be able to acknowledge each other’s differences while working together as a team. Dedicated to Loren Holmes the Founder of Hearts in Motion.
